Download instructions for RealNetworks
G2 Player
- Go to www.real.com
- Download the free version of the program by selecting:
RealPlayer G2, free, plays all Real content.
- On the next page, select to download the basic RealPlayer.
- Fill out the form and submit it with the "Download FREE RealPlayer" button.
- Choose from the three available downloads. For the purpose of viewing this site, the "Minimal" version is all that is needed. The average download time for the "Minimal" version should run approximately 10 minutes on a 56k modem.
- Click on a location near you to begin the download.
- You will be asked where you want to save your file. Please remember this location, as it will be needed for the next step.
- When the download is complete, run the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions.
Please note that if you are accessing the Internet through a proxy server, you may need help from your system administrator to properly configure the RealPlayer.
